What is the Rossiter Stretching Technique?

Rossiter is a connective tissue stretching method that can remove pain at its source. Your Rossiter coach will guide you to restore lost space in joints and muscles, to regain length and mobility, and to feel much better overall.

During a typical session, you work with your coach to identify and stretch tight areas. Based on your feedback and participation, the coach applies weight to a trigger point. Then YOU do the stretching. You are the PIC (“person in charge”), meaning you are in control at all times.

Rossiter is faster and more “to-the-point” than a massage. Get right to the source of your pain in minutes.
