Class Participants Checklist

Aim to arrive 5-10 minutes early, allowing time to find parking, sign-in, and your place on the mat. Late comers may not be permitted.
Make sure you are well hydrated.
Classes are practiced barefoot or with sticky (grip) socks. Outdoor shoes are not permitted. Zumba classes require INDOOR dedicated shoes, ideally dance shoes (with a pivot point on the bottom).
Wear light-weight comfortable clothing.
Don't wear PERFUME, oils, or other strongly scented beauty products.
Consider whether or not you may need a shower, to avoid embarrassment or the discomfort of others around you.
You are responsible for your own health and well-being. Make sure you have the green light from your health care provider.
Do not bring valuables to the studio or leave them in your car.

At the studio

Remove outdoor shoes upon entering the studio. Leave your shoes on the cubbies by the door.
No cell phone usage or filming/recording is allowed by anyone other than studio staff.
Keep voices low and conversation to a minimum.

If there is a class in the front room, please enter through the back door. There is parking in the back.

Grip socks are available for sale.

To ensure the safety and consistency of workouts, and provide the best experience possible each and every time you come to a class, all new students must complete an introductory session prior to attending group classes. Request yours HERE
